Welcome to Your Local Fairfax Art League in Old Town
We bring art to Old Town and throughout Fairfax County, VA - to students at the Child Development Center on Main Street, to the public at Green Acres Community Center on Sideburn Road, regional festivals, and more. Our exhibits display regularly at the Fairfax City Hall, The Virginian, and possibly at your local parish, too. FAL Paint Nights and Art Workshops are local favorites. Legendary: An Exhibition of Women Artists addresses these inequities and aims to rectify them by creating a safe space for women artists to meet, exhibit and engage with the public.
The exhibition, on view from May 26 to August 30, 2025, features the artwork of prominent women artists from the Washington metropolitan area.
